Firstly, what is an exercise?

Exercise is moving of body by some work through which we can maintain physical fitness and overall health.Exercise gives us strength physically and mentally. it's kind off another name is workout.

1.Push ups

It gives you strength , full body workout, it helps to improves your body posture and increase the blood circulation.This exercise is good for your upper body and strength. 


2.Pull ups

This exercise is good for your arms it also gives you strength and it's also good for your back and shoulders. 


3. Skipping

Through skipping you can burn lots of calories and this exercise is easy it's good for yours all body.


4. Berpees


This exercise is one of the best exercise for fat loss as well as for strength it can increase the stamina. 


5. Squats


Squats is best for legs as well as for your belly.it gives strength to the legs , burn calories and gives stamina to the body. 


6. Jogging

This is all rounder of all the exercise it gives you everything whatever you wants like strength , stamina,burn lots of calories.
