An effective immune system must be able to discriminate such differences, distinguishing self from non-self and distinguishing harmless non-self from dangerous non-self.

The ability to learn how to recognize these previously unknown structures implied that the immune system had solved the problem of how to classify and recall the shapes of individual molecules.


 For much of the 20th Century, research in immunology was focused on understanding how it achieved the former. It was spurred by an important early observation: that it was possible for animals to develop specific immune reactions against chemicals such as dyes, which had never existed in Nature.


Now here are some immunity boosting food:


1. Ginger.


Ginger help in increase in our immunity and decrease inflammation, it also helps in sore throat and reduces stress.Ginger helps to reduce pain or chronic pain.



Vitamins and minerals present in fresh ginger Vitamin B3 and B6, Iron, Potassium, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Zinc.

Take a teaspoon of chopped ginger  and one teaspoon of cumin seeds and add both in a cupm of water.And the boil it for 5 mins. Then drink it when it became lukewarm.
This also helps for weight loss , it burns calorie and maintain health.



2. Cumin seeds.

Cumin seeds helps in digestion, weight loss and maintain health by boost the immune system.
                                      


The oil extracted from cumin seeds has been used as an effective larvicide and antiseptic agent.
Cumin is a good source of magnesiumironcalcium, phosphorous and Vitamin E, A, C, K and B6.

Cumin seeds fights bacteria and parasites.The oil even kills strains of bacteria that are resistant to other antiseptics.

Drink cumin seeds with warm water in the morning at empty stomach is very good for regulate immunity and for weight loss.



3.Turmeric

 Turmeric contains vitamin C, calcium, fiber, iron, niacin, potassium, zinc, beta-carotene etc.

                                               
Turmeric is very good for our immune system, for our skin ,for digestion etc.


Turmeric is also known as the panacea for all medicines. Turmeric is an antiseptic.
Its help decrease exercis-induced muscle damaged.




4. Green Tea

There are many vitamins in green tea like vitamin A, D, B and C. Green tea's healthy minerals include Manganese, Zinc and Chromium etc.
                                                 

Green tea has many antioxidants which are very good for our body. A cup of green tea have approx 100% of water which hydrate our body.  



5.Citrus fruits

Citrus fruits are rich in vitamins C and it is very important to our body which improves the immunity.Citrus fruits also helps to glow our skin.(And we know if our skin is good then our clothes support us for looking amazingly)
                                               

Some citrus fruits are:       1.Grapefruit                                  2.Oranges                                                          3. Lemons                                     4. Limes

Citrus fruits contain carbohydrate, fiber, vitamin C, potassium, folate, calcium, thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, riboflavin, pantothenic acid.
